Paella

Serves 5 people
Ingredients
- 50g chorizo sausage
- 2 pieces of chopped onion
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 red peppers in strips
- 10 cherry tomatoes quartered
- 2.5 dl bomba paella rice
- 30g OSCAR PREMIUM WHITE WINE REDUCTION
- 1-2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon saffron
- 1 liter of water
- 50ml OSCAR MUSSEL FOUND CONCENTRATE
- blue mussels/venus mussels in shell for decoration
- 2 dl frozen mussels
- 1 dl frozen prawns
- 1dl white fish
- 1 dl peas
Preparation:
Cut the sausage into slices and sauté it in a paella pan
Then add onions, garlic, peppers and tomatoes
Add rice, OSCAR PREMIUM WHITE WINE REDUCTION, smoked paprika, saffron, water and OSCAR MUSSEL FOND CONCENTRATE
Let it all simmer under the lid at an even heat for approx. 25 minutes
Distribute steamed mussels and mussel meat evenly around the bottom of the rice
Shake the pan slightly so that the mussels sink down a little, but avoid stirring them around (add any pieces of white fish, if desired)
Cook it all over a low heat for 10 minutes
Spread the prawns and peas on
