Salad with Red Wine and Port Wine Dressing

Ingredients
- OSCAR Premium Red Wine & Port Wine Reduction
- 600g mixed salad
- Dressing:
- 40g OSCAR PREMIUM RED WINE & PORT REDUCTION
- 30 ml gastric
- 50 ml of water
- 50 ml olive oil
- 40g OSCAR PREMIUM RED WINE & PORT REDUCTION
- Garnish
- 70g shallots
- 100g pata negra ham
- 100g gizzard confit
- 40g roasted walnuts
Preparation:
For the dressing, mix OSCAR PREMIUM RED WINE & PORT WINE REDUCTION, gastrique and water. Then add the olive oil slowly while stirring until the desired texture is achieved.
Wash and prepare the salad.
Prepare and fry the gizzards.4Arrange the salad with the garnish and a drizzle of dressing
