Preparation

Mix 100 g granulate and 50 g cream with 0.95 litre of water and heat under constant stirring, simmer for two minutes and the sauce is ready to serve.

Modified starch, flavour, dextrose, mushrooms (common mushroom, cep mushroom), salt, maltodextrin, duck fat, beef gelatine, sugar, thickener (xanthan gum), onion, acid (tartaric acid, lactic acid, calcium lactate), garlic, rosemary extract.
